    **Front Desk Patient Care Specialist - Snaggle**

    Administrative West Monroe, Louisiana Minimum Experience **Mid-level** Compensation **$10.00-$14.00** The Front Office Patient Care Specialist will maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks receiving and distributing office mail and email, answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly, communicating patients arrival promptly, and managing administrative records.

    The Front Office Patient Care Specialist will also work with administrative scheduling, including maintaining electronic records, documenting patient dental treatments and transactions, following office procedures for patient referrals, and scheduling office appointments. Other duties include ordering office and administrative supplies. Duties also include communicating the patient's arrival promptly, verifying insured patients information is current, and ensuring that dental benefits are properly entered into practice management software to help provide accurate financial estimates for their treatment plan.

    Compensation will be based on experience.

    Hours: Must have availability

    Monday Friday 7:30 5:00

    Saturday 7:30 - 1:00

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and supported dental office team members

    Great administrative, organizational skills

    Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs

    Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures

    Exceptional customer service skills

    Dental experience a plus

    Education:

    High School Diploma
