    Responsibilities:

    Assist in sourcing and evaluating new investment prospects by conducting

    landscapes
    Support the due diligence process by collecting and organizing relevant data,
    performing comprehensive financial analyses, and preparing investment
    memos
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution, including
    legal counsel, operations, and portfolio management
    Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, working closely with legal counsel and regulatory authorities
    Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, including financial analysis, forecasting, and financial risk management
    Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, assessing financial
    reports, conducting variance analysis, and identifying potential risks and
    opportunities
    Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders,
    summarizing investment opportunities, market trends, and portfolio
    performance
    Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory
    changes impacting the private equity landscape

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
    2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field
    (internship experience considered)
    Solid understanding of valuation techniques, financial statements, and
    investment analysis
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present
    findings and recommendations effectively
    Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work
    deliverables
    Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
    collaborative team

    Salary and Benefits:
    The salary for the Private Equity Analyst position at Filion Capital ranges from
    $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
    Additionally, performance-based bonuses are provided based on individual and firm
    performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health
