Job summary
The Transit Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing MCDOT/Transit Services' mission by providing frontline operational support to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient bus service that prioritizes safety, customer service,and effective coordination across the Ride On network.
This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear direction to Bus Operators and exceptional customer service to the riding public.
