Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Service Coordinator with a SMILE to join our team You will be responsible for scheduling install/service appointments, resolving customer concerns.

Provide Administrative Support with Sales, Installation Manager and Technicians.


Responsibilities:

Data entry of customer information, emergency contacts, system information and equipment listsProviding status to customers and creating service tickets, as needed.

Communicating with technicians hroughout the day via text and/or calls.
Schedule and maintain appointments with the customers, dispatch technicians for service and installation as needed to maximize technician productivity.
Ordering material/equipment for service tickets on a case by case basis.

Service work is also scheduled by our customer service team and would need to be coordinated by this position to ensure that the planning of travel by technicians is efficient and productive.

Maintain Google Calendar for all service/install appointments.
Confirm service tickets are completed and /or closed by reviewing all notes and following up on any pending items.
Work with technicians to ensure that all job paperwork is completed properly within the designated time.
Assist in preparing the technicians On-Call Schedules.


Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitask and memory retentionPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Windows based software including Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc is a must.

You should be a quuick learner with computer software programs and their uses.
