About the Position:

We are working with one of the world's largest law firms that has an immediate need for an experienced intellectual property litigation lawyer (6 or more years) to join its innovative practice in its Chicago office.

Responsibilities:
Handle IP litigation matters
Conduct research, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery
Participate in hearings and depositions


Required Qualifications:
6 or more years of IP litigation experience
Trial experience preferred
Technical background preferred (software, computer science, electrical or mechanical)
