    Description

    Job Title: Customer Service Representative

    We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in a seasonal role during our peak season. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our customers, both in-store and virtually.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide genuine and friendly enthusiasm to welcome all customers, communicate clearly and concisely, and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver Five-Star Customer Service experiences.
    • Maintain service vows, including Being Prepared, Welcoming, Meeting Needs, and Being There for customers, while meeting operational checklist tasks and emotional/practical needs.
    • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, knowing when to escalate and partner with leadership.
    • Promote alteration services and personalization options, maintaining store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
    • Engage in inventory management procedures, processing orders, receiving, and ensuring first-quality standards for merchandise.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent degree; 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty stores is preferred.
