Senior Counsel, Senior AVP-Asset Based Lending - Minneapolis

The attorney will support ABL transactions and provide strategic legal guidance on complex secured-lending matters to help manage risk.
Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning
Provide legal advice and representation of the Company in highly complex litigation negotiations settlement discussions claims related legal issues
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Law experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience training military experience education
Active State Bar membership or the equivalent in a country outside the United States
