    About the Role

    The Regional Business Manager will strategically plan and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives and distributors. The Regional Business Manager will interview, hire, train and develop top level talent. In addition, you will develop plans in accordance with the VP of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region and push yourself to exceed each goal.

    Essential Function / Duties
    • Lead, manage and develop the Able Medical sales and distribution team.
    • Reviews and analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
    • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies.
    • Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
    • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies our products that will meet those needs.
    • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses
    • Performs other duties assigned by manager

    Work Schedule / Supervision

    Position: Full-time: 40 hours per week; potential for more; Remote position; 70% travel with overnight stays out of town.

    Position Status: exempt status without compensation without notice

    Recommended Education / Experience

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration or related field

    Experience: 5+ years in sales, medical device industry preferred

    Expected Behaviors / Qualities

    Possesses excellent verbal and written communication, sales, and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills. Demonstrates strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to think analytically to optimize sales and market share.

    Work Environment

    This job operates remotely with frequent travel within the assigned region.
