We are in search of an experienced, professional, outside Sales Manager to find, lead and close sales in the Midwest/Western United States and Mexico.The ideal candidate will have experience with EDM Milling and Grinding. A solid understanding of Rotary Tables Workholding Fixturing and Machining Fluids for the Aerospace Medical Energy Manufacturing industries is also required along with strong written verbal communication skills. The company offers annual salary ranging from $72K to $145K base plus commission as well as medical dental vision life insurance 401K retirement savings plan annual profit sharing paid time off holidays flexible schedules pleasant work environment numerous employee appreciation events throughout the year professional development training
- Maintaining relationships with existing OEMs Dealers End-users while establishing new clients to increase sales activity
- Serving as an initial technical go-to person to gather facts make recommendations solutions manufacturing challenges presented by OEMs dealers job shops Collecting entering sales lead information new updated customer information within Sage CRM Coordinating trade show customer open house presence logistics promotional materials event support Working closely Inside Sales Team receive quotes explain tooling workholding solutions details customers arrange travel customer sites Timely submission expense reports adherence established company guidelines Working closely Marketing Coordinator Tradeshow Open House participation Willingness support team other responsibilities strengths continuously build new capabilities
