- Perform various manufacturing operations, collaborating with engineers on set-up and calibration tasks
- Conduct rework and quality testing for parts and assemblies
- Analyze operating data to make necessary adjustments
- Assist engineers in experiments and data relay
- Develop methods to enhance the manufacturing process
- High School diploma or equivalent with additional education or relevant experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, work overhead, and more
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
- Flexible to work different shifts based on business needs
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience in composite manufacturing
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and measuring devices
- Familiarity with reading engineering drawings
