Refund Processor

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our payments team as a refund processor at APS Medical Billing in Maumee US.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the medical billing revenue cycle and experience in reading EOBs. They must also be detail-oriented, able to meet productivity and quality measures, and perform other duties as necessary.

• Evaluating credit balance accounts and issuing credit refunds when due is an essential duty for this role.
