    Description


    Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for Team Leader (Manufacturing Janitorial) in Madison, Alabama.

    This opportunity begins the week of May 20th.

    Pay Rate:
    $18.50 per hr

    Paid Weekly Job Duties:
    Responsible for leading team members Responsible for training and mentoring staff Responsible for monitoring KPI's for respective teams Transporting trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas Operation of commercial pressure washing equipment Use of industrial buffers and floor stripping equipment Large machinery cleaning Other duties as needed Requirements: Reliable transportation Valid and current driver's license or ID Experience leading, training and mentoring staff in a warehouse setting 2+ years of warehouse janitorial experience preferred Must be able to pass pre-screening criminal background check and drug test Completion of required safety training, prior to assignment Must be able to attend early morning orientation and training prior to assigned shift Strong work ethic We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer If interested, please send your resume to CESGUS
