Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our company, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and that every visitor and caller receives top-notch service. This role requires a self-starter with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist in various departments as needed. Duties
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with front desk duties, including greeting, and communicating with customers.
- Handling day-to-day office tasks and administrative duties.
- Floating to different departments as needed to support operations.
- Learning and performing all tasks associated with office administration to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in front desk or office administration.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in general office software and tools.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Work Conditions
- Office environment, Monday to Friday schedule.
- Rotating weekend shift - Saturday from 8 AM to 12 Noon (about 1x per month).
- Climate controlled, indoor office environment
