    Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development/Capture Operations Coordinator to join our team in McLean, Virginia.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Support BD/Capture Teams in research of new business opportunities
    • Research and develop an understanding of potential customer requirements and increase awareness of Harmonia's capabilities.
    • Support a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop detailed analysis of new opportunities.
    • Build out opportunity analysis within the company CRM Tool.
    • Generate reports from CRM Tool.
    • Support the capture process and assist the proposal team on opportunities.
    • Support gate (bid/no-bid) reviews.
    • Support analyzing IDIQ/BPA Task Orders and coordination with BD/Capture Teams
    • Research opportunities using CRM Tools such as GovWin IQ, BGOV.
    • Research and learn analysis on BETA.SAM.GOV, USASPENDING.GOV, DATA.GOV, etc.
    • Able to Develop Marketing Materials such as slide decks, slick sheets and other presentations
    • Attend industry days, conferences and networking events
    Minimum Required Qualifications:
    • US Citizenship is required.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Experience with US Federal Sector Business Development/Marketing is a PLUS.
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
    • Salesforce CRM experience is a BIG PLUS.
    • Team Player capable of working within a collaborative environment. Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills.
    • Ability to Network and strong communication skills.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Fully capable of using MS 365 Office Suite Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Strong customer service/client facing skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    Other:
    • Business Travel, as needed.
    • Must Report to the office at a minimum of 4 days per week and at the discretion of manager
