- Draft, review, and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers and/or partners
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate with Contract Attorneys, sales and other departments to ensure compliance with company policy and legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor contract milestones and deadlines
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Identify opportunities to improve contract management process and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- 2+ years' experience in contract administration, legal support or a similar role; SaaS industry experience would be a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Strong organization skills: must be able to help others maintain a high level of organization as well
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to adjust and manage priorities with skill and discretion in a team environment
- Ability to understand, follow and drive compliance of processes and procedures
- Ability to function in an email intensive environment with advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience a plus
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, effective communication and resilience
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust
- Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.
- The starting pay for this role is $70,000 per annum.
- Pay progression based on your performance.
