    Deputy Program Manager

    Experience/Responsibilities

    • Provides problem solving capabilities and solutions to complex security issues.
    • Has strong working knowledge of federal requirement and technical experience working with IT systems.
    • Ability to multitask including management of multiple projects, teams, tasks/jobs.
    • Able to guide/assist staff in other cyber related areas.
    • Experience with NIST guidance.
    • Experience with administration of information systems.
    • Experience managing leading technical projects.
    • Experience working in multiple sectors of security functions/capabilities.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Demonstrated project management and leadership experience managing a SOC as well as cyber compliance and operations, including SCA, ISSO, Policy and Privacy.
    • Experience leading and coordinating work carried out under a complex Federal contract and managing contractual, business, and financial issues.
    • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the customer and company organizations.
    • Possess expert knowledge in one or more areas of cyber security program management holding at least 10 years' experience in that specialized area.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, Management or related discipline from an accredited institution with 10 or more years' experience.
    • PMP certification is required.
    • CISSP or equivalent is desired.
