    Position Overview

    Global Edge is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator - Bids & Proposals Coordinator to support our continued growth across global markets. This role is responsible for coordinating and preparing high-quality and creative client submissions, including RFP responses, tenders, and proposal packages, in close collaboration with our Marketing and Business Development teams. This role requires a creative and marketing-driven mindset, and the ability to take information from across functions and use it to tell the Global Edge story.

    In addition to managing active bid activity, this position will play a key role in maintaining supplier portal readiness, proactively identifying new opportunities, and ensuring Global Edge remains positioned for success across industries and regions.

    This is a full-time, in-office role located in The Woodlands, Texas and will report to the Global Marketing Manager. This is an entry level position.

    Key Responsibilities

    Proposal & Submission Coordination


    • Support the development, preparation, and packaging of RFPs, bids, tenders, and client proposal submissions


    • Work alongside Marketing and Business Development to gather content, coordinate inputs, and ensure timely delivery


    • Assist in creating and enhancing proposal narratives, capability statements, and supporting documentation


    • Maintain consistency with Global Edge branding, tone, and quality standards across all submissions

    Supplier Portal & Compliance Readiness


    • Manage and maintain access to supplier portals and client registration platforms


    • Ensure company information, certifications, and documentation remain accurate and up to date


    • Proactively monitor deadlines, portal requirements, and submission processes to avoid missed opportunities

    Opportunity Identification


    • Research and identify bid and tender opportunities globally that align with Global Edge's capabilities


    • Track upcoming procurement activity and support internal pipeline visibility


    • Assist in developing systems and processes to improve bid efficiency and responsiveness

    Qualifications & Skills


    • Strong work ethic with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset


    • Creative with an eye for design and brand


    • Comfortable problem-solving independently and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment


    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills


    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while working collaboratively across teams


    • Skilled in content development, document formatting, and proposal enhancement


    • Experience or familiarity with brand management and maintaining consistent visual and written standards


    • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic global organization

    Preferred Experience


    • Prior experience in marketing coordination, communications, or business development
