Job Location:

Emeryville, California Local Candidates (preferred).

General Summary:Ohana Server is responsible for ensuring safety and cleaning measures, to keep staff and customers safe, taking patrons' orders, recording orders in our POS system in a timely manner, as well as ensuring that our patrons are satisfied with both the consumable products and high-quality customer service that they experience at our facility. Ohana Server will also be responsible for accurately delivering food, and beverage orders to our customers in a timely manner, and customer-centric fashion. We are looking for Servers to be passionate about food, and service while thoroughly enjoying creating our customer's exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar setting. We also expect a level of presentation with self; staying to our dress code, and hygienic practices, you will be the face of the restaurant and representing the Ohana brand.

Responsibilities:

Establish Ohana Cannabis Co. as the go-to cannabis dispensary in Bay Area.
Educate consumers on the positive aspects of cannabis in order to drive the normalization of use.
Taking customer food orders, as well as inputting them into our system with a meticulous eye for detail.
Knowledge of our Menu items, clearly and effectively being able to explain items to customers.
Be an advocate for the Ohana and provide top-level customer service.
Curate a welcoming environment for patrons both in Restaurant/Bar and Dispensary.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

2-3 years of serving experience.
Must be enthusiastic and self-driven.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
