    Position Summary:

    As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our property and guests. Your vigilance and commitment to a secure environment are essential to providing a comfortable and worry-free experience for all.     Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect security threats, suspicious activity, or unauthorized access.
  • Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter potential security incidents.
  • Conduct routine security checks of the property, including buildings, parking lots, and common areas.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action to address and resolve them.
  • Ensure compliance with access control procedures, verifying the identity and authorization of individuals entering the property.
  • Report security violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.
  • Provide assistance and support to guests and employees during security-related situations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
  • Monitor and operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure that safety and security equipment is in working order.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security-related activities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in security or a related field is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for report writing and security equipment operation.
  • Customer service orientation and a helpful demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Understanding of security protocols and procedures.
