Logistics Sales Admin Schedule:
Full Time, Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM
Hourly Pay Range:
$21-24 Depending on Relevant Experience Industry leader in LTL/FTL Transportation is seeking a Logistics Sales Admin to join their growing team in Miami, FL. The position will be responsible for assisting the inside sales team for the organization.
This is a great role for someone with a background in logistics and customer service who is interested in learning more about sales from the ground up Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service via Phone and Email Answer client questions and offer solutions to promote a strong business relationshipReach out to new and existing clients to offer LTL/FTL freight solutions for their businessSchedule and confirm client appointments on behalf of the sales teamContact clients on a regular basis to check in and develop a positive rapport Data Entry Maintain and update client profiles in Sales Force including preferred contact methodPrepare daily sales reports for the management teamEnter rate and agreement information into the system as needed Operations Assistance Assist with coordinating shipment details in collaboration with the Operations team Monitor Account Performance Ensure promotional items for clients are available Represent the Company at events and meetings Assist with special assignments and projects when needed Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers/clients Hungry, competitive personalities welcome Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Salesforce experience highly desired #COR1
