    • Quota Carrier, you will lead the commercial and relationship strategy for our largest and most strategic clients.
    This role will provide the opportunity to work on the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology.

    We're looking for accomplished professionals with a track record of effectively engaging with the C-Suite, managing complex relationships, and working with a variety of stakeholders in support of expanding our partnerships and driving difference making industry-leading solutions.


    What you will be doing:
    Manage executive relationships, internally and externally.
    Gain a deep understanding of client objectives and business strategies.
    Ensure alignment of FIS solutions to client needsFocus on account retention and continued revenue growth.
    Collaborate across coverage team, providing alignment and guidance on key opportunities and engagement.


    What you bring/will need:

    Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in FinTech or financial servicesAt least 10 years of experience interacting and partnering with internal and external C-Suite and senior management.

    Ability to analyze complex business environments, develop business strategies that effectively align to the client's objectives to accelerate revenue, profitability, and efficiency growth.

    High level understanding of common financial services technology used in Banking, Payments. Capital Markets, and back-office processing.

    Enthusiastic self-starter mentality with ability to communicates both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience.


    Added bonus if you have:
    Held a senior position in the technology or operations divisions of a financial services/FinTech organization.
    Financial analysis skills to assess and understand Client financial performance to identify client business needs and requirements.

    The pay range for this full-time position is $136, $225,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

    Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
