- Process client contributions
- Process client distributions
- Process wire transfers and other money movement transactions
- Process end of year required minimum distributions
- Process investment account model changes
- Answer team inbound calls and enter appropriate service request in salesforce.
- Submit billing on account closures
- Research & Resolve issues that may arise with client accounts
- Assist with additional projects as needed
- Previous financial industry experience 2+ yrs
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Customer service experience 2+ yrs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detailed oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar and excel
