    Under the direction of the Manager, Compute & Collaboration Services, the Engineer III - Collaboration and Messaging will lead the daily administration and operations of IEHPs Hybrid, on Premise/Onsight, and Cloud environment(s) including: the Microsoft O365 suite of products, Azure, Windows Servers, Intune, SCCM, and Virtualized Environments.

    Education & Experience

    A minimum of eight (8) or more years of hands-on experience working with O365, Messaging, Cloud and Windows environments

    Experience in Monitoring related technologies like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Resource Graph, Azure Alerts, Network Watcher, Grafana, Ambari, Prometheus, Datadog, Confluent, etc.

    Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#, Open Source) prefer PowerShell. Experience with Terraform Cloud and Azure DevOps
    Bachelors degree with a major in computer related field or similar technical field from an accredited institution required
    In lieu of a Bachelors degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position and prefer to have a Microsoft certification in either Azure or Office 365
    This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above

    Skilled in documenting complex system design activities and configuring systems to be consistent with operational policies and procedures
