Join Comfort Keepers – Elevate the Human Spirit Instructional Designer Comfort Keepers | Learning & Development Team At Comfort Keepers learning is more than training—it’s how we elevate people strengthen teams and ultimately improve lives As a leader in in-home senior care our mission is based in Elevating the Human Spirit and that extends to how we support and develop our franchise network We are seeking a talented creative Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about adult learning enjoys building engaging eLearning experiences and wants their work to make a meaningful impact across a growing national organization In this role you wont just build courses youll help shape how our franchisees learn grow and succeed Why Join Comfort Keepers Purpose-driven work Your learning programs will support office teams leaders and franchise owners who serve seniors and their families every day Visible impact Your content will be used nationwide to improve performance confidence and consistency across the Comfort Keepers network Creative ownership Lead projects from concept through launch evaluation with room to innovate experiment Collaborative culture Work closely with subject matter experts stakeholders leadership value learning continuous improvement Growth mindset We believe learning never stops professionally personally What You Ill Do Responsibilities As an Instructional Designer at Comfort Keepers you will play a key role in advancing organizational learning initiatives that support company goals franchise success Your responsibilities include Leading the full lifecycle of training design development launch evaluation Partnering stakeholders subject matter experts conduct needs assessments identify leaning opportunities Applying instructional design models adult learning principles create engaging scalable leaning solutions Design develop variety training materials including eLearning modules Instructor-led training virtual person Job aids participant guides performance support tools Maintaining high quality standards editing proofreading continuous improvement Potentially produce compelling multimedia content videos animations podcasts enrich leaning experience Facilitating training sessions webinars needed Supporting additional leaning initiatives projects needed What Were Looking For The ideal candidate has least 3 years experience eLearning content design development Proficiency Articulate 360 especially Storyline experience Canva Camtasia Animaker strongly preferred Strong knowledge instructional design methodologies adult best practices Excellent written verbal presentation skills Ability manage multiple projects meet deadlines Collaborative approach ability work effectively independently within team Commitment high-quality work continuous leanring Bachelor degree Instructional Design Adult Leanring Educational Technology related field preferred Compensation Salary based on experience between $85,
