    About the Job

    The Production Supervisor role at Corrugated Supplies Company is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of production employees, ensuring high-quality products meet customer expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain quality standards and efficiency levels set by management
    • Communicate production goals and expectations to team members
    • Identify and report quality concerns to Plant Manager
    • Foster a positive work environment through fairness, consistency, and employee engagement
    • Coordinate inventory management and maintenance tasks

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • 2-5 years of lead and/or supervisory experience in a corrugator industry environment
    • Mathematical skills: reading non-metric measuring tapes, counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    Working Conditions:

    • Work in a non-climate-controlled workspace with varying temperatures (30-110°F)
    • Frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions
    • Occasional exposure to high places, fumes, particles, and vibration
    • Loud work environment
