Job summary

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson AZ. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for helping all types of customers effectively and efficiently through phone calls and emails while also learning about our different departments ensuring your success.

  • Inbound customer service calls for existing customers
  • Responding to customer emails and text messages
  • New customer onboarding and verification

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D < li > Pass a background check < li > Computer and Typing experience < li > Clear written and verbal communication skills
