We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing relationships with our partners, helping them achieve their sales goals, and ensuring seamless integration of their contracts into our organization.

    Your primary focus will be on helping them achieve their sales goals, ensuring all contracts are aligned with our organization, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will work closely with a dedicated Account Management Support Specialist to streamline administrative tasks, enhance overall efficiency and ensure our partners are receiving the best customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Relationship Management and Communication:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with broker distribution agencies and acquired partners.
    • Serve as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall partner satisfaction.
    • Communicate to our assigned downlines product, market, & industry updates.
    • Send regular announcements to keep partners informed and engaged.

    Sales Growth:

    • Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals and develop strategies to help them achieve sales targets.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure partners maximize their sales potential within our organization.
    • Audit sales results and determine what is effective, identify where opportunities exist & trends.
    • Improve performance by providing targeted, constructive feedback to agents/agencies.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product offerings within partner organizations.

    Contract Integration:

    • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring all contracts are properly integrated into our systems and align with organizational standards.
    • Work closely with contracting and commissions teams to facilitate a smooth contractual process while remaining the single point of contact for the partner.

    Training and Development:

    • Develop and implement training programs to educate partners on our products, services, and sales processes.
    • Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance the knowledge and skills of partner teams.
    • Maintain awareness of industry, company, competitor, legislative and regulatory activities.
    • Stay up-to-date on carrier products and requirements
    • Manage compliance expectations and provide appropriate coaching when complaints or grievance are filed.

    Internal Collaboration and Administration:

    • Work closely with a dedicated Account Management Support Specialist to streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficient handling of documentation and client interactions, and communication of all necessary reports.
    • Delegate and coordinate tasks to optimize the partnership support function.
    • Coaching and training Account Management Support Specialist growth and support.
    • Work towards improving operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
    • Effectively communicate and problem solve with appropriate internal teams to resolve partner issues while remaining the single point of contact externally.
    • Collaborate with leadership to plan seasonal campaigns and provide forecasts.
    • Ensure account data is up to date and accurate in Salesforce.
    • Hold weekly/bi-weekly meetings with agency operations team.
    • Attend regional carrier meetings as needed.
    • Assist with any additional responsibilities to hit corporate objectives as needed.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • This role includes a base salary with a quarterly commissions earning opportunity.
    • Targets will be set based on profit margins of assigned account.
    • Percent commissions will be set in a tiered structure based on cyclical profit margin targets.

    Job Qualifications & Demands:

    • 3-5 years insurance sales experience
    • Managed care or carrier experience preferred
    • Health & Life Insurance License
    • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
