Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will deliver direct patient care, oversee patient/family education, and supervise other nursing staff to maintain high standards of care. In the Birthplace department, your quick response to changes in patient condition and coordination of care for newborns and mothers during antepartum and postpartum periods will be vital in ensuring patient safety.
