Job summary
The job requires a VDI XenApp Windows365 Azure VDI Netscaler Engineer. Responsible for design, deployment, management and support of VDI, XenApp, Windows365 and Netscaler. Experience in IGEL is preferred.The responsibilities include working with the team on the architecture deployment management of Workspace technology deployment strategy that aligns with the organization s goals Extensive knowledge on the architecture and deployment of Windows365 CloudPCs experience in build and design Azure Virtual Desktop knowledge in Power Automate Copilot technologies to enhance user experience service delivery performance exposure to leveraging Robotics process automation to streamline End User Workspace processes deliverables Contribute as a subject matter technical expert for all Workspace technologies work independently on projects with all teams to meet defined deliverables timelines efficiently troubleshoot prioritize issues create a culture of root cause analysis work independently part o f team urgently analyze troubleshoot escalated issues from Tier II assist managing day-to-day operations all Workspace technologies work closely Support teams problem resolution Infrastructure projects evaluate emerging technologies trends ensure organization remains technologically competitive continuously develop update documentation knowledge base articles work team cross train All Workspace Technologies responsible application support development Citrix infrastructure 7x24 assist conducting third party vendor review analysis after-hours support rotation implementation needed
