    As the Sr. Director, Demand Generation at Pendo, you'll lead a team of talented marketers responsible for the development of highly impactful integrated campaigns to drive audience engagement, lead generation and business growth. You'll work with sales, marketing and product teams to design and build campaigns across all target audiences (SMB to Enterprise), priority regions and key products to achieve business targets. This is a fast paced, high-impact role uniquely well positioned to drive pipeline and power Pendo's hyper-growth trajectory.

    Role Responsibilities

  • Partner and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and international teams, to drive demand for Pendo's product offerings (Engage, Adopt, Feedback, Mobile)
  • Lead a team of talented marketers responsible for the planning, design and execution of Pendo campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition and pipeline growth
  • Lead a quarterly global campaign planning process including strategy, audience and messaging development aligned with target setting, resource/budget allocation.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary campaign planning to ensure the right messaging, audience target and channel mix is deployed to drive full funnel engagement with focus on content, webinars, sponsorships, and email marketing.
  • Synthesize quarterly and annual business objectives to create a well-aligned strategy with clearly defined metrics, budget and KPIs
  • Analyze, manage and report on overall lead flow, demand funnel metrics and pipeline health trajectory while testing and innovating on the core model. The right candidate is passionate about performance and impact.

    Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in campaign, revenue, and/or growth marketing functions
  • Minimum of five (5) years people management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated track record successfully leading and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present analyses, ideas and results to senior level stakeholders VP+
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact
  • Strong analytical skills, both in modeling and measurement (experience with Looker, Tableau or similar tool a plus)
  • Proficiency with Saleforce and Marketo
