Job summary
This role will serve as a Project Supervisor (Review) assigned to the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) program of the DOJ Civil Division Works under the direction of a Project Manager performing duties such as acting as primary supervisor for assigned staff members oversight of timekeeping narratives corrective action other staff management concerns assisting in all aspects of Claims Review team management daily oversight management of Claims Review support processes coordinating tasks responsibilities of team members including identifying priorities communicating expectations monitoring claim statuses reassigning members high priority tasks maintaining coverage other team tasks creating routine metrics report consultation Federal Attorney Team Leads Project Manager determine individual capacity reassign to high priority maintain coverage other team tasks assign work track monitor progress check quality accuracy maintain multiple tracking spreadsheets use track changes update internal external guidance policy documents coach develop staff ensure optimum quality product.
