• Develop monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish and achieve specific goals
• Foster a positive sales culture and team spirit for enhanced employee retention
• Lead Sales meetings
• Maintain balanced inventory for new and used sales
• Collaborate with marketing to devise an effective sales strategy
• Actively participate in the community
