    The Hartford's Claims Centralized Operations Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team. This role is responsible for providing support to the Claims organization.

    We are looking for individuals with consistent high level of performance and achievement over career span as well as demonstrated efforts and achievement toward self-development.

    This position requires a dynamic individual to supplement a high performing team with excellent customer service acumen.
    This is an in office position in our Hartford, CT location.
    Work HoursMonday
    • Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.
    May require occasional overtimeWHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?Assisting multiple lines of business with operations dutiesAnalysis & resolution of both routine and complicated work requestsFinancial transaction processing and regulatory complianceMeeting & exceeding hard deadlinesBusiness and IT project workContinuous process improvementNew claim triage and assignment processMay be required to assist with customer callsQualifications:

    The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:Must be consistently successful in their current positionSelf-motivatedExcellent analytical aptitudeExceptional customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven organizational abilities for a fluctuating and multi tasked environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with othersWork independently when requiredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to learn complex software applicationsAble to lift boxes up to 20lbs (on occasion)High School GraduateCore Talent, Data, and Customer Focus DNA Badges strongly preferred for current Claims staff.
