    Description

    Job Title: RN Interventional Radiology

    Location: Temecula, CA

    Duration: 3 Months+

    Schedule: 7.30 AM to 4:00 PM

    Pay range: $70/HR to $75/HR ON W2

    Duties:

    Assessing patient's physical and psychosocial condition throughout the continuum of care.

    Providing care for patients' pre, intra and post procedures for all vascular procedures, the radiology and cardiac population.

    Developing and communicating patient plan of care reflecting patient issues and proposed interventions to achieve desired patient outcome.

    Collaborating with patients, family, and healthcare team in implementing plan for patient care and daily scheduling and management of cases.

    Evaluating patient outcomes, effectiveness of plan of care and readiness for discharge and/or continuing care.

    Revising plan of care as needed and appropriately referring for additional services where indicated.

    Providing education as indicated after assessing the learning needs of the patient and family.

    Participating in and supporting performance improvement and risk management activities.
