- Manage communications regarding projects and special events for the Division of Academic Innovation, coordinating with multiple departments and external agencies if needed
- Develop communications and marketing materials to support Division of Academic Innovation partnerships with external clients, organizations, and partners
- Develop compelling enrollment page materials for HSC Learning Plus courses and modules

Department Summary
The Division of Academic Innovation (DAI) leads the HSC efforts in online learning, designing traditional face to face courses, educational media creation, faculty and staff development in education and technology, and continuing education credit for clinicians participating in our activities. Our division is comprised of three teams: the Department of Educational Development, the Department of Educational Media, and the Department of Continuing Education & Assessment. DAI leads HSC Learning Plus, the university's hub for microcredentials, short courses, and accredited continuing education experiences offered to the public, our community, and our local partners.
Position Overview
The Associate Director of Academic Communications (Marketing & Communications) is the key advisor to the Executive Director of the Division of Academic Innovation for all areas of strategic communications, digital strategy, and marketing for HSC Learning Plus (with annual draw of approximately 50,000 learners enrolled in our programs) and our internal programs. This person is responsible for all communications and marketing initiatives supporting these programs and providing all communication and marketing support to the Division as a whole.
