    RESPONSIBILITIES Identification / creation of process flows with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with business needsDevelop materials for AP operational end-to-end process flows, including detailed policy and procedure documents based on business needsMaintain Master Document Control Listing and ensure compliance with documentation proceduresReview recommendations from business owner for process improvements and other findingsValidate processes and tools are applied within Global Service Center (GSC) and AP markets correctly and consistentlyPrepare management reportsBe the first level of contact on AP procedure enquiresQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS At least 2-3 years of proven records in service experienceBachelors degree in a relevant discipline requiredStrong background in delivery of quality customer serviceA good commercial sense in service delivery preferably in payment processing areaDetailed oriented, proactive, and ability to manage multiple tasksGood interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills in written and spoken English, and preferably in PutonghuaA good team player with analytical and organized mindset, be able to work independently and in a team environmentTraining experience is preferable#J-18808-Ljbffr
