    What You Will Be Doing:
    As an Associate Finance Analyst, you will be pivotal in actively managing trade-related deductions and claims.

    Your primary focus will be on clearing exceptions related to deductions/claims and driving change within our customer base to improve accuracy.


    Key Objectives:
    Bring transparency to deductions and achieve goals of improvements in customer behavior around the deduction process. Work directly with the sales and sales finance co-pilots to drive change and action.

    Effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple organizational functions to promote alignment and achieve results.


    Plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions.

    Act as a driver behind sales involvement within Exceedra.

    Work with all customers who are not compliant with the deduction/payment process, Contract ID, format, Claimant, ineligible items, etc.

    Complete updates in Exceedra for pending claims.

    Act as a guide and support for the sales team.

    Drive backup of deduction for management within the TPM system.

    This role provides chances to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.


    Required Skills & Experience:
    BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, required

    Proficiency in English

    Work experience in accounting, financial or sales trade analysis

    Excel experience


    Desired Skills & Experience:
    Ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial support

    Resolve conflicts/discrepancies positively and expertly

    Work independently in solving business issues and take the initiative

    Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables

    Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations

    Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills


    Note:


    This is a 12-month contract role, and candidates must be local to the Solon, OH area and available to work onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.


    Pay:
    $ $30.50/hr.
