- Delivers safe patient care according to standards, adhering to policies and procedures, all within budget constraints, including time and supply management.
- Encourages personal and professional growth by meeting educational and competency requirements, supporting department goals, and mentoring junior staff.

Job SummaryAs a Certified Surgical Technologist working day shifts, you will be tasked with delivering competent perioperative care using the latest equipment and instrumentation. You will support the physician during procedures and operate under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, following the Surgical Technologist Skills Inventory.
This role demands proficiency in patient care and an understanding of growth and development principles across different life stages.

*Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
*Call duty may be required
*CST and BLS certification (American Heart Association) mandatory
*Minimum 2 years of Main OR experience necessary
This role is based at Memorial Hermann Northeast in Humble.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program
Licenses/Certifications: Basic Life Support certification required; Current Certification as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA or NCCT
