    Responsibilities:
    Providing effective and efficient management of the Human Resources Department, including maintaining the accuracy of employee files.
    Managing sick leaves and LTD claims.
    Tracking statistical data such as health and safety, headcount, turnover, and company org. chart.
    Managing training and development and maintaining training records.
    Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial laws related to human rights, employment standards, pay equity, privacy, and workplace safety.
    Coordinating full-cycle Internal/External Recruiting.
    Creating, implementing, and maintaining employee policies and procedures.
    Developing new strategies for ongoing recruitment and employee development.
    Job RequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in a Senior HR role.
    Experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
    CHRP/CHRL designation preferred or willing to obtain.
    Leadership experience.
