    This critical role involves the continuous enhancement of supplier standards and the management of product quality, compliance, and issue resolution.

    The ideal candidate will oversee the assessment and qualification of suppliers, enforce stringent quality standards, and spearhead initiatives for new product introductions.

    Requirements of the Sr Supplier Quality Specialist (cGMP):

    • 3+ years of experience in a regulated/quality field
    • Bachelor's degree in science or a related field
    • Certifications in cGMP and familiarity with regulatory norms are preferred
    • Proficiency in using MS Office and quality management software
    • Skills in project management and strong analytical abilities are crucial
    • Experience in supplier management roles for at least two years
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
    The capacity for occasional travel, when necessaryResponsibilities of the Sr Supplier Quality Specialist (cGMP):

    • Evaluate suppliers through rigorous assessments and on-site audits to ensure compliance with quality systems
    • Develop and execute action plans based on audit findings to boost supplier performance
    • Spearhead quality assurance initiatives that enhance product consistency and reliability
    • Support new product development (NPD) with a focus on incoming purchased finished goods
    • Establish and maintain quality best practices and streamline processes across the supply chain
    • Maintain and regularly update supplier performance evaluations and audit protocols
    • Conduct inspections and periodic evaluations of incoming materials and finished products
    • Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to enhance overall product quality
    • Identify, report, and resolve quality issues that could impact product safety, efficacy, or regulatory compliance
    • Lead reviews for scale-up and pilot batch production, including compliance with development processes
