We are currently seeking a personable, energetic, professional Patient Care Associate to join our outstanding team at Eye Care Specialist located in Kingston, PA. The Patient Care Associate is responsible for greeting patients as they enter the practice, check-in, check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required, willing to train the right candidate.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
