    Description

    As a Restaurant Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences. You will lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
    • Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and support staff
    • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events while optimizing labor costs.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and efficient team
    • Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
    • Work closely with the kitchen team and other department managers to coordinate seamless operations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
    • Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
    • Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
    • Various other tasks as needed
    Requirements
    • Previous experience as a restaurant manager
    • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
    • Great leadership skills
    • Familiarity with restaurant management software
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff

Our seafood is boiled in the traditional Cajun style, with a new exciting flare. When dining with us, be ready to "get down and messy" with all of the deliciousness, since digging into the bag is no "clean" feat

    Since the launch of its first location, Fiery Crab has expanded into different cities across Louisiana and South Carolina. Fiery Crab has even bottled its own brand of perfectly prepared sauces to be sold in local grocery stores, bringing a Fiery treat into your home.
