    Job Summary:
    Review customer requirements and prepare/update production schedules

    Essential Functions:
    Prepare weekly production schedule using the information from CMSReview all customer demands for fluctuation and adjust production schedule accordinglyReview daily production reports against production schedule to ensure customer demand quantity is metUpdate schedule daily with production quantities and balance owingMaintain Minimum run standards to ensure productivityLiaise between production and shipping to ensure on time deliveryPlan and schedule overtime and determine weekly labor capacity with the input of Production Supervisors/ Operations ManagerReview scheduling methods to continuously improve scheduling system to support production requirementsComplete all Engineering change related activities (e.g.

    Bank build, build out, engineering level change, new part #) and all APQP related activities as requiredReview inventory level of finished goods and WIP to ensure that inventory turns are within the Department/Company goalsParticipate in internal quality audits to determine the effectiveness of the quality systemAbide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following:

    Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies and the Martinrea Employee HandbookRequired Education and Experience:Community College courses in Business/ Materials Management related disciplineStrong communicator in the English language, both written and oral Minimum - 7 years' experience in similar positionProficient in Microsoft OfficeHigh level of time managementBenefits:Work in a great team environment.
