- Supervise and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure efficient and effective execution of project tasks.

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop construction plans, schedules, and work methods.
- Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for construction activities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the construction site to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective actions.
- Monitor work progress and quality standards, addressing any deficiencies or deviations from specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, regarding project updates, changes, and challenges.
- Prepare and maintain accurate construction documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise among team members, subcontractors, or other project stakeholders.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure their efficient utilization and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to source and acquire construction materials and equipment as needed.
- Monitor and control project expenses, providing cost estimates and reports to project managers.
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- Indepth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction management is a plus.
