Job DescriptionDo you have a passion for providing therapy to students in a school setting? Family Outreach Center (FOC) is hiring for a full- time therapist (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.) that is based at Southeast Elementary School in the Kelloggsville School District. This position is primarily during school hours, but must have flexibility to meet with students/parents after school as needed. At FOC we value creating a strong team of clinicians that grow together in their clinical skills. You will receive comprehensive and trauma-informed supervision as we work together to strengthen the lives of the clients and families in the school setting.
$2,000 Sign On Bonus Available
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. assessing mental health and substance use disorders using the DSM-5 diagnostic code;
2. incorporating and maintaining a person/family centered treatment planning approach with children/families;
3. developing and implementing clinical interventions appropriate to the identified needs of the child/adolescent and family;
4. providing referrals for psychiatric, community, and other supportive services;
5. capable of working independently while maintaining an active case load;
6. ability to complete all required clinical reports within deadlines;
7. Other duties as requested/delegated by supervisor/director.
