    We are seeking an Account Representative to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Resolve client/candidate issues.
    • Set follow-up appointments
    • Phone work
    • Create sales material to present to customers

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales is desired
    • Must be able to pass background, drug test, valid drivers license with proof of insurance
    • Will look at recent College Grads who are interested in the Sales/Marketing Field
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Must have good communication and MS Office Skills
    • AS or BS Degree in a Technical Field desired or 5 Years of Staffing Industry Experience
