    Description

    We are seeking a full time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for our corporate office located in Chicago. This position reports to the CFO and will interact with all corporate departments and outside location managers.

    Position Summary

    Successful candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in accounts payable and good administrative skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Handles accounts payable from data entry to check printing
    • Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies
    • File paid invoices
    • Perform a wide range of administrative duties supporting the CFO and Finance Department.

    Education, Knowledge and Experience

    • Some college preferred but not required
    • At least 5 years of related experience
    • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
    • Strong computer and analytical abilities required
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
