    Brokerage Account Specialist - MUST HAVE Current Series 7 License

    Are you a customer service champion with a passion for helping people?

    Do you have a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements?

    If so, we want to hear from you OUR CLIENT is seeking 10 motivated individuals to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT as Brokerage Account Specialists.

    Location: Salt Lake City, UT

    Schedule: Hybrid (M-F, 7am-6pm)

    Bill Rate: Pay rate: Up to $35/hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Address brokerage complaints from CLIENT's customers
    • Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear resolutions
    • Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience
    Qualifications:
    • Active Series 7 license
    • Brokerage operations experience
    • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
    Benefits:
