    Caldera Partners in Care Pool is now hiring Float/Interim Directors of Nursing (DONs) Come join our amazing teamWe have openings throughout the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR and ID) and we are currently seeking EXPERIENCED Float/Interim Director of Nursing Services that would float amongst our SNFs as the need arises to take on Interim assignments.

    We provide all lodging whenever assignments are given that are not within a commutable distancePay Range:
    $130,000 DOE What you will do:Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of the nursing services provided in the centerEnsures nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center core nursing programsEnsures maintenance of records and reports for resident careEnsures the orientation and training of all nursing services personnelManages the nursing services department within budgetFollows all center policies and proceduresMust have:Current state RN licensure without enforcementPrevious DON experience of 3 years or more preferred
