- You will be working with some of the largest and most successful companies in the world including Fortune 1000 and S&P 500 companies on their executive compensation plans
- You will be required to build and maintain long-standing and authentic client relationships through excellent project delivery.
- Projects include compensation strategy development, peer group development, benchmarking, incentive planning, equity plans, governance and compliance regulations, and shareholder communications.
- 6 years minimum in executive compensation consulting or a tangential field e.g. human capital consulting.
- A Bachelors degree
- Strong quantitative skills, analytical capabilities and a problem solver.
