    Leadenhall Search and Selection are working with a market-leading executive compensation boutique consultancy, with a global presence.

    They are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Principle to join their fast-growing San Francisco office and lead teams across exciting new projects

    The Role

    • You will be working with some of the largest and most successful companies in the world including Fortune 1000 and S&P 500 companies on their executive compensation plans
    • You will be required to build and maintain long-standing and authentic client relationships through excellent project delivery.
    • Projects include compensation strategy development, peer group development, benchmarking, incentive planning, equity plans, governance and compliance regulations, and shareholder communications.

    The person

    • 6 years minimum in executive compensation consulting or a tangential field e.g. human capital consulting.
    • A Bachelors degree
    • Strong quantitative skills, analytical capabilities and a problem solver.
